- How long will it take for my pillow to arrive? Pillows are made to order. Typically, they will ship within one to two weeks of receipt of order. There are times when demand is higher (e.g. holidays) and it may take up to four weeks before shipping. Custom sizing will also require longer lead time.
- How large are the fabric swatches? It depends on the fabric. Every effort will be made to try and send a cutting representing dominant colors present in the fabric. Some fabrics have over 32 colors and a large print repeat and it will not be possible to capture all colors present in a swatch. A small cutting from the trim will also be provided.
- Can I have a pillow made in a size different than listed on the options menu? It depends. Every fabric is inspected and critically examined to determine the best size for a beautiful look. Some fabrics have a pattern repeat that would not be optimal at a different size than listed. Contact info@pretty-pillow with your specific sizing needs. A picture of how the pattern repeat would look can be sent to you for approval. Please be aware, that this would be a non-refundable pillow and no returns would be processed.
