Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. No claims will be made 72 hours of package arrival. We may ask for photos as evidence of damage.

Defects: Fabric and trim are purchased only from quality firms of known reputation for excellence. Every yard is inspected prior to use. All fabrics have innate characterisitics that should not be considered as “defects.” Please note that minor variations are normal and are not a manufacturing defect. Cottons, silks, velvet, linens, to name a few, will have natural imperfections due to weave, shade variations, nubs, and slubs and are considered normal.
